Mr. Ismail earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing at Alexandria University in Egypt in 2011 and completed his master’s degree in healthcare quality management at Productivity & Quality Institute - Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport -Alexandria, Egypt, in 2022.
He is certified with Advanced Trauma Care in Nursing (ATCN ), Advanced Life Support (ALS) , and the Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Course(CRRT ).
He joined Hamad Medical Corporation in November 2016 as a registered nurse in the Trauma ICU. He started working as a Link Trauma Educator in September 2019. Ismail has been in critical care nursing for 14 years.
As a trauma educator, he conducts clinical education, nursing teaching rounds, nursing journal club, and Reflective learning, and works with the education department in teaching the Trauma Nursing Care Module and the Foundation in Critical Care Nursing Course.
He completed his research titled “Professional Quality of Life and Coping Strategies among Trauma Nurses” .
