Sana'a Odeh is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Charge Nurse in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar. With over 14 years of experience in nursing critical care, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to quality improvement.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jordan University in 2007 and later pursued a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality Management in 2023. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a globally recognized credential awarded by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).

Since joining Hamad Medical Corporation in October 2013 as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma ICU, Sana'a Odeh has demonstrated a consistent dedication to advancing patient safety and healthcare standards. In 2015, she took on the role of Quality Link Nurse, further enhancing her expertise in healthcare operations and compliance.

Known for her strong communication skills, strategic planning, and ability to foster efficient workflows, Sana'a Odeh is deeply committed to creating a collaborative and positive work environment.
